2 Cumberland Place

2 Cumberland Place comprises the construction of a new 6 storey block over 2 basement levels, including 55,000sq ft of new net office space connecting to the existing block which was refurbished under Phase 1. This block addresses the street frontage along Fenian Street, with the upper floors of the office block cantilevered out over the recently completed reception entrance. A coffee pavilion is proposed to complete the streetscape, accessed from a small landscaped garden between Cumberland Place and the adjacent hotel.
