Vicki has held various roles across a number of high profile construction projects in the UK. Her experience as a BIM Consultant with Turner & Townsend saw her develop procedures and roll out best practice on projects such as the Battersea Power Station Development Project and the iconic Shell Tower Refresh on London’s South Bank. During her time at Multiplex, Vicki developed and implemented a plan for the digital upskilling of hundreds of employees, and helped the organisation to transition to model first project delivery.

A UK BIM Alliance Ambassador and member of the digital construction special interest group for the CIOB, Vicki is an active member of the BIM and digital construction community, both locally and globally.

Holding the roles of Global Vice Chair and UK Lead for Women in BIM, she is also extremely passionate about diversity in the construction industry, and works hard to attract, promote and retain women in digital construction roles.
