Catalyst’s multi-disciplinary team of experts provides comprehensive independent monitoring and reporting services that allow clients to identify and mitigate project risks, track progress, and make informed decisions throughout the development process. We also identify ESG opportunities and areas for improvement at each stage.

Catalyst’s project monitoring services include regular site visits, project design, documentation and contracts review, project finances and schedules tracking, and reporting on project progress and risks. Catalyst’s team also provides guidance and support to clients to help them address any issues that may arise during the development process. 

At Catalyst, we utilise our proprietary obi® software to capture all critical data and demonstrate due diligence on our client’s behalf. The obi® software provides a centralised platform that streamlines the project monitoring process, enabling us to efficiently gather, analyse, and report on all necessary data. It also allows us to create the digital “golden thread” of information required under new regulations.

The Building Safety Act 2022 identifies the Accountable Person (AP) as having an ongoing duty to assess building safety risk and provide Building Safety Case Reports. The AP might be the building owner, freeholder, or management company.
