i3PT is happy to announce to be appointed as Assigned Certifier and Design Certifier on the project with a major international software company in Dublin. The software company has leased 500K of the office element in the Docklands. The six office blocks, which will have shared basement levels, are part of a mixed-use scheme that also includes a 212-room hotel, restaurants and shops. This transaction will represent the largest single office space deal in the current cycle.
