The construction and property industries have experienced a series of catastrophic failures over recent decades with respect to the safety of our built environment. i3PT are passionate about working with our clients to protect all stakeholders, from the occupants of the building, to the investors who purchase assets and invest in new capital projects.

How do we work?

i3PT employ multi-disciplinary teams of chartered engineers, architects, building surveyors and trade specialists within our building safety division.

Over the past decade, this team of passionate professionals have developed unique processes to facilitate the independent review and inspection of buildings for regulatory compliance and performance standards.

i3PT do not provide design, construction or project management services, which makes our team 100% independent. This allows us to remain impartial in our decision making, working exclusively in the interests of our clients and the general public.


i3PT realised at an early stage that our process (which was based on the methodology for food certification) would require a digital platform in order to demonstrate due diligence. With this in mind, we set about developing the obi® platform in 2013.

The obi® platform has since developed exponentially, expanding both in terms of functionality and sheer volume of users. Today it allows us to manage virtually all key aspects of a construction project, as well as providing CAFM tools and ESG management during the operations phase. It is truly a single platform for the entire asset life cycle, assisting clients with creating a digital “Golden Thread”.

i3PT have provided our services for some of the largest companies in the world over the past decade. We have reviewed, inspected and certified some of the largest and most complex facilities and developments in Europe during that time.

From multi-billion euro semiconductor facilities, to premiership football stadiums and high density residential developments to corporate head quarters. Our experience is both wide and deep. Our track record speaks for itself and our reputation is impeccable.
